Hello Everyone!
I am still reading The Replacement, but I have two questions to ask.
1. I have been invited to be on Novel Novice! For their one year aniversary they are doing a guest blog, and I have been asked if I would like to participate. Thing is I don't know what I should blog about for it! Do you guys have any ideas?

2. This week I feel like music is really trying to have meaning in my life, is there a song that means anything special to you? Mine is Defying Gravity from the musical Wicked. It such a powerfull song and seeing performed is breathtaking.

Here's the cover for The Replacement, sorry!
Hello Everyone!
I have started reading The Replacement By Brenna Yovanoff. First impressions of this book are pretty interesting; some people may go off and really judge this book by it's cover.
The synopsis reads:
"Mackie Doyle Is the Replacement."
"Mackie is not one of us. Though he lives in the small town of Gentry, he comes from a world of tunnels and black murky water, a world of living dead girls ruled by a little tattooed princess."
"He is a Replacement- left in the crib of a human baby sixteen years ago. Now, because of fatal allergies to iron, blood, and consecrated ground, Mackie is slowly dying in the human world."
"Mackie would give anything to live among us. He just wants to play bass guitar and find out more about an oddly intriguing girl named Tate."
"But when Tate's baby sister goes missing, Mackie is drawn irrevocably into the underworld of Gentry, known as Mayhem."
"He must face the dark creatures of the slag heaps and find his rightful place in our world,or theirs."

Hmm... very interesting don't you suppose? What led me to choose this title was Novel Novice, and website that encourages reading by finding amazing young adult books. (They're celebrating their 1 year anniversary! Congrats!) Leave a comment if you wish!

Welcome to 2011!

Happy New Year Everyone! I am exited about this new year and have decided to keep track of it by starting this blog. I know it says Read Queen, because I Love to Read, like all of the time. I will be talking about books I read through out this year, but that's not all. I am going to have music reccomendations, awesome pictures, and videos. To start I am going to ask a question: What is your New Year's Resolution?
